Villa Mardiva is a beautiful, 2-storey villa newly built with natural stone and wood. Designed to complement the island’s vernacular style, it stands within 14 acres in a peaceful spot east of Paros, it’s truly unspoilt and has uninterrupted views of the Gulf of Molos and the island of Naxos. Great for children and adults alike - thanks to the swimming pool imitating the lake. One of the island’s best sandy beaches is very close by. The wonderfully picturesque fishing village of Naoussa, with a great choice of restaurants and cafes, is just a short drive to the north.
The rustic-chic interiors feature natural materials, a calming colour palette, comfortable furniture and carefully chosen decorative pieces, creating a laid-back, welcoming ambience. The two master ensuite bedrooms have direct access to the pool terrace. A further king-size ensuite is on the lower floor, next to a gym equipped with cardio and weight machines. Two double ensuite rooms are in the independent guest annexe, also opening to the pool area.
On the ground-level terrace, there’s a shaded dining area for 12 people, a barbecue and a bar. A separate lounge area opens to the curving swimming pool with beach-style edging. Rattan sun beds and loungers invite you to lie down and enjoy the views. There’s a further sizeable lounge area on the upper-level terrace, with a huge jacuzzi, and panoramic views - great for yoga and meditation. Manos, the gardener, will help you collect fresh vegetables and herbs from the gardens to enjoy with delicious olive oil made from the estate’s trees - a real taste of farm-to-fork.
